We’re thrilled to offer two delicious options for our Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder. You can find it warm and ready to eat from the deli section of your local independent supermarket, or visit the chilled section where you will find a pre-cooked portion you can simply heat and enjoy at home. Both have been cooked to perfection for eight hours!

Deli Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder

Available warm and ready to eat from the deli section, this great Australian lamb has been seasoned with authentic Hellenic flavours and slow cooked to perfection over 8 hours. You will be the hero at home when you serve it!

Consume immediately or refrigerate as soon as possible after purchase and eat cold. Consume within 24 hours of purchase. Do not reheat.

Cold Section Slow Cooked Lamb

This great Australian lamb has been seasoned with authentic Hellenic flavours and slow-cooked to perfection over 8 hours.

Simply heat for approximately 45 minutes and serve it with our Grain Salad, Pita Bread and any number of our dips, for a delicious meal that the whole family will enjoy.

You will be the hero at home when you serve it!

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS (CHILLED)

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180oC (fan forced).
Step 2: Remove from packaging and place onto ovenproof tray.
Step 3: Heat for approximately 45 minutes.
Step 4: Remove from heat, rest for five minutes and serve.

Full shoulder serves 6, half shoulder serves 3.

Tips: This lamb can also be used in braised and stewed dishes. It’s a quick and tasty alternative to any slow cooked lamb dish.

Q. Can the Lamb be cooked in the bag it comes in?

A. No. The Lamb must be removed from the bag before cooking.

Q. Do I need to add seasoning or oil to the Lamb before cooking?

A. No. The Lamb has been seasoned and cooked to perfection so no need to season or add oil.

Q. What should the Lamb look like when ready to take out of the oven?

A. Golden brown on the outside, with an internal temperature of 75 o C.
